40-1 Leeds to good to miss!

Saturdays 3-1 victory over Bristol City saw Leeds United move up to the play-off places in the Championship.Leeds sit fifth in the table nine points behind pacesetters Cardiff. Some fans would argue that it could be a lot better,an unfortunate own goal by Johnny Howson against Hull and a crazy match versus Preston, which saw Leeds throw away a 4-1 half-time lead to lose 6-4,led to the dropping of five valuable points.
Simon Grayson side appear ready to go on a decent run with several members of the squad returning from injury to push for places in the team.Ross Mccormack scored a hat-trick for the reserves on wednesday night and is certainly giving the manager a nudge.Paynter also got on the score sheet and is nearing full fitness.
Grayson will surely move to strengthen his defence in the January transfer window( a little birdie tells me that a certain unsettled forest defender is on the radar) and with the addition of a midfeilder Leeds will surely mount a serious challenge for at least the play-offs.
Paddy Power currently have Leeds at 40-1 (E.W 1/5 the odds a place 1-2-3)to win the Championship.Leeds are 8-1 to win promotion.Becchio 14-1 to be Championship top sorer with Somma 33-1(E.W 1/4 the odds a place 1-2-3-4)

Recommended bet a small each way bet on Leeds at 40-1(you get paid if they finish third or second)and a meduim bet at 8-1 for Leeds to be promoted(keeps the interest going if we make the play-offs)
Leeds travel to face Norwich on saturday and a win there would certainly see the 40-1 quoted disappear.
