Old boy to return on loan?

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has made Jonathan Woodgate available for a loan exit in January to aid his recovery from a long-term groin injury.

Redknapp who revealled the 30 year old is just two weeks away from being fit to play said:

"I would be willing to do that just to give him some games

"Anyone who loans Jonathan is getting one of the best centre-halves in the Premier League,"

"I said to Jonathan that if he comes through the next couple of weeks then it might be a good idea for him to go out on loan to play some matches and I think he fancies that.

"He has been out a long time and is a fantastic centre-half."

so people what do yo think would Woodgate be a good loan signing for Leeds? please leave a comment with your thoughts

  1. We could do worse than getting Woodgate on loan. I was disappointed when i saw it was Woodgate after reading the title "Old boy to return on loan" thought it might have been Smith coming home
