Leeds interest in Chelsea youngster

Chelsea and England U21 midfielder Jack Cork is being linked with a summer move to Leeds United.Cork is a versatile player who can play across the back and in midfield.Cork spent last season on loan at Championship side Burnley making forty appearances and scoring three goals.He was also on loan at Burnley in their Premiership Season when he made eleven appearances scoring one goal, a stunning diving header against Tottenham.Previous to this he had loan spells at Championship clubs Scunthorpe,Southampton and Watford thus clocking up over 130 appearances in the Championship.
Championship newcomers Southampton and Blackpool that have had early bids accepted for the youngster. Cork played for the current Southampton manager, Ian Adkins, when he was on loan at Scunthorpe and Blackpool had a bid for Cork turned down in January when, of course, they were in the Premier League. Leeds United are expected to show interest this week, along with Swansea City and Nottingham Forest.
