Duo Go out on Loan

Huddersfield Town have signed Leeds United centre-back Alex Bruce on loan until 2 January.Bruce, who has been at Birmingham, Oldham, Sheffield Wednesday, Tranmere, Ipswich and Leicester, has not played a first-team game since February.The 27-year-old has been capped by the Republic of Ireland but is now available for Northern Ireland."We think he'll add something a little different," Terriers boss Lee Clark told the club website."He is an inspirational player who is a leader." Tranmere Rovers have signed Leeds United goalkeeper Paul Rachubka on a one-month loan deal after Owain Fon Williams suffered a broken hand.Fon Williams, 24, has made 23 appearances for Rovers this season.Rachubka, 30, joined Leeds on a two-year deal in the summer after a four-year stint at Blackpool.His last appearance for the Whites saw him substituted in the 59th minute with his side trailing the Seasiders 3-0 in a Championship match at Elland Road.
