Snodin inspired Leeds win

Simon Grayson revealed his assistant Glynn Snodin's stirring pre-match team talk on Gary Speed helped pave the way for Leeds' 4-0 win at Nottingham Forest.Leeds boss Grayson admitted he was too emotional to have spoken of his friend Speed's tragic death after the Wales coach was found hanged at his home on Sunday morning.Grayson said after his side's third successive away win in the npower Championship: "We had a chat just before we went out and Glynn said some words to the players about Gary, about who he was and what he meant."They knew anyway, they know the feeling and they know how well respected he was, not just at Leeds but throughout the game."It was a passionate talk from Glynn and I'm not sure it's something I could have done because I don't think I would have been able to hold it together."
