Kisnorbo returns to training

Leeds United's Patrick Kisnorbo had returned to training with the team.

The Australian international made 29 appearances for Leeds United last season and became famous for wearing a headband after suffering an injury that required 12 stitches in the first game of the 2009/10 campaign. The injury required surgery to treat, but Kisnorbo delayed the operation to ensure he was available for first team selection.

It seemed fate was conspiring against Kisnorbo though and his season was brought to a halt in March when he injured his Achilles tendon against Millwall.

Despite failing to finish the season, Kisnorbo still cleared up at the end of season awards netting both the fans and players player of the year, alongside nationwide recognition as he was named in the PFA League One Team of the Year.
