Leeds offer Killa new contract

Leeds manager Simon Grayson has offered fresh terms to out-of-contract midfielder Neil Kilkenny.

The Australia international, who joined from Birmingham City in 2008 after impressing while on loan at Oldham, has been a regular this season.

The 25-year-old has featured in 37 Championship games this term, helping Leeds comfortably retain their second-tier status on the back of promotion.

With the season now concluded Leeds are hoping to secure Kilkenny on fresh terms and fend off clubs who are interested in landing his signature for free.

On Monday Leeds confirmed Kilkenny was a player they were looking to retain next term and would 'remain in dialogue' with his representative.
