White loses appeal
Leeds defender Aidy White will be suspended for the weekend visit of Crystal Palace after the club's appeal against his red card at Ipswich was unsuccessful.White received his marching orders for the first time in his career at Portman Road following a foul on Jay Emmanuel-Thomas.Manager Simon Grayson told Leeds' official website: "I'm disappointed that Aidy was sent off and I'm disappointed that our appeal was unsuccessful."I said at the time that I felt it should have been our free-kick because Aidy was pushed in the back in the first place and I didn't feel it was a sending off."That decision changed the game at Ipswich and we are also without Aidy for Palace now which is doubly disappointing."
