Leeds reject Norwich City bid for Snodgrass

{EAV:c1bd42a8c22c5c17}    Leeds boss Neil Warnock has confirmed Norwich have had a bid rejected for captain Robert Snodgrass. The Scottish forward has been offered a new deal at Elland Road which would reportedly make him the highest-paid player at the club.Warnock is waiting on a response while also trying to fend off interest from Norwich."It's been made public that they (Norwich) have bid, but from our own point of view it's not what we're looking for," Warnock told www.leedsunited.com."We'd like to keep Rob, and Rob knows that. Whether that will be possible we'll have to wait and see. "
It's difficult when players get their heads turned, but I'd like to keep Rob at the club and that's what I'm trying to do at the moment.Unless they come up with a valuation that the club thinks is satisfactory then that's what we want to do."
