Becchio, O'brien injury news

Central defender Andy O'Brien could miss Saturday's trip to Portsmouth. The new signing limped out of Wednesday's 3-1 FA Cup defeat at the hands of Arsenal and boss Simon Grayson says he is a major doubt.
"It's highly unlikely Andy will be fit for the weekend, but we'll see," he said."We're still assessing him and we're waiting to see whether it's cramp or whether there's a slight tear."The odds are short and if he is out, hopefully it won't be for too long."If O'Brien does miss the game, Grayson could turn to Neill Collins, Leigh Bromby, or Richard Naylor with all three players keen to stake their claims in the first team once again.
Luciano Becchio missed the Arsenal game due to a back injury, and Grayson is keeping his cards close to his chest about the Argentine's availability for the Pompey clash."Luciano's making progress," he added. "We'll assess both players before we go to Portsmouth on Friday."
Lloyd Sam returned from injury to come off the bench against Arsenal in midweek, and the boss has no other new worries.
